Your first visit focuses on your smile goals and whether your bite is suitable for clear aligners. Digital records from our 3Shape scanner, with no messy impressions, allow the treatment to be planned around the movements your teeth need.
Once your custom trays are ready, we check the fit and explain wear and care. Clear aligners are commonly worn about 20 to 22 hours per day, so plan on keeping them in for everything except meals, drinks other than water, and brushing. Follow the schedule Toothology gives you. You move through a planned series of trays and return for progress checks.
Consistency matters. Leaving the trays out for long stretches can slow tooth movement and affect fit. At the end of active treatment, retainers help protect the new alignment from natural shifting. We fit your retainers, explain the wear schedule, and check them at your regular visits.
